Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 62 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n=31) and observation group (n=31). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with health education nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction rate, depression anxiety score, quality of life score and health knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education has a good application effect in patients with burn and plastic surgery, which can improve the mastery of health knowledge, alleviate the negative situation of patients, and then improve the quality of life, meanwhile the satisfaction rate of patients is high.
