Abstract:"Standard teaching" formulates clear teaching objectives, uses flexible and diverse teaching modes, takes students as the main body of learning, comprehensively considers each student's learning ability, knowledge level, personality characteristics and individual needs, formulates individualized teaching plans, enhances teachers' sense of responsibility, improves students' enthusiasm, and teachers and students work together to ensure the smooth achievement of established teaching objectives. Compared with traditional teaching, "standard teaching" has clearer teaching objectives, more flexible teaching methods and more individualized teaching plans. The rational application of "standard teaching" in clinical teaching is conducive to teachers' improvement of their own quality, to the cultivation of harmonious teacher-student relationship, and to the overall improvement of students' comprehensive quality. This paper expounds the application and experience of "standard teaching" in clinical teaching, and analyzes the characteristics and benefits of "standard teaching" in order to continuously improve the teaching level of clinical medicine.
