    “达标教学”可利用灵活多样的教学模式,以学生为学习主体,综合考虑每位学生的学习能 力、知识水平、性格特点及个体化需求,制定个体化教学目标和教学方案,有利于提升教师的责任感、提 高学生积极性,师生共同努力,保证既定教学目标的顺利达成。与传统教学相比,“达标教学”教学目标 更加明确,教学方式更加灵活,教学方案更加个体化。临床教学中合理应用“达标教学”,有利于提高教 师自身素质,培养融洽的师生关系,促进学生综合素质的全面提升。本文阐述了“达标教学”在临床教学 中的应用和体会,分析了 “达标教学”的特点和益处,以期不断提高临床医学教学水平。

    Abstract:

    "Standard teaching" formulates clear teaching objectives, uses flexible and diverse teaching modes, takes students as the main body of learning, comprehensively considers each student's learning ability, knowledge level, personality characteristics and individual needs, formulates individualized teaching plans, enhances teachers' sense of responsibility, improves students' enthusiasm, and teachers and students work together to ensure the smooth achievement of established teaching objectives. Compared with traditional teaching, "standard teaching" has clearer teaching objectives, more flexible teaching methods and more individualized teaching plans. The rational application of "standard teaching" in clinical teaching is conducive to teachers' improvement of their own quality, to the cultivation of harmonious teacher-student relationship, and to the overall improvement of students' comprehensive quality. This paper expounds the application and experience of "standard teaching" in clinical teaching, and analyzes the characteristics and benefits of "standard teaching" in order to continuously improve the teaching level of clinical medicine.
