Abstract:Burn is king of tissue damage caused by thermal factors, which can not only cause physiological damage to patients, but also cause negative emotions to patients due to the pain and appearance damage caused by burns. Although plastic surgery can be used to improve the appearance and aesthetics of patients, the heavy psychological burden will have a serious impact on their physical health and treatment compliance, which will affect the smooth progress of plastic surgery and postoperative rehabilitation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out psychological intervention for patients with burn and plastic surgery to alleviate their psychological disorders and promote postoperative rehabilitation. This paper analyzes the psychological problems of patients with burn and plastic surgery, and summarizes the research progress of psychological intervention, in order to provide theoretical basis for the study of psychological nursing of burn and plastic surgery.
