Objective To study the application effect of ELLANSé? injection in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods From January to September 2022, 200 patients with facial rejuvenation treated in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Tianjin Congro Marie Women and Children's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection, and the study group was treated with ELLANSé? injection. Three months after treatment, the treatment effect, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ELLANSé? injection is effective in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction.
