Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microneedle introduction of human-like collagen in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods Thirty patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with microneedle introduction of human-like collagen. The results of skin state questionnaire, VISIA and Soft 5.5 test results, clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of skin sensitivity, elasticity, oil, itching, dryness, luster, pigment, redness, relaxation and texture were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of wrinkles, elasticity, moisture, color spots, pores, texture and PH value of VISIA and Soft 5.5 were higher than those before treatment, and the oil score was lower than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96.67%. The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%. The treatment satisfaction was 93.33%. Conclusion The application of microneedle-induced human-like collagen in facial rejuvenation treatment can effectively improve the skin state, with definite curative effect, high safety and high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
