Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The orthodontic comfort, nursing satisfaction and orthodontic treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of orthodontic treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing is effective in orthodontic patients, which can effectively improve the orthodontic comfort of patients, help to improve the treatment effect, and patients' satisfaction with nursing work is high.
