Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing service model in patients with ocular plastic surgery. Methods Sixty patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the study group was given holistic nursing service mode. The psychological state, surgical effect, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of cosmetic effect, eyelid shape and eye function in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of holistic nursing service mode in patients with ocular plastic surgery is effective, which can effectively improve the physical and mental state of patients and ensure the effect of plastic surgery. Meanwhile, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, and the application safety is high, the patients' satisfaction with nursing work is high, and is worthy of clinical application.
