Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in eye plastic surgery. Methods From November 2021 to November 2022, 100 patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing intervention, and the study group was given perioperative nursing intervention. The success rate of operation, plastic satisfaction, nursing technique score, psychological status (HAMA, HAMD scores), vital signs and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of operation in the study group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The plastic satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The clinical nursing technology score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the vital signs were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention during clinical intervention in patients undergoing ocular cosmetic surgery can improve the success rate of surgery, shorten the recovery time of symptoms, relieve their negative emotions, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction
