Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with eye plastic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with eye plastic surgery who were treated in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given routine nursing+psychological nursing intervention. The negative emotions (SAS, SDS scores), treatment compliance, complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 87.80% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.32%, which was lower than 29.27% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.56%, which was higher than 78.05% of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is more effective for patients undergoing eye plastic surgery, which can reduce the negative emotions of patients, improve the degree of treatment cooperation, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
