Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway nursing in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery and repair. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway. The nursing satisfaction, complications, negative emotions, inflammatory factor levels and nursing cooperation were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The negative emotion scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing cooperation degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in asymmetric double eyelid repair surgery is effective, which can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the level of inflammatory factors, alleviate the bad mood of patients, and improve the cooperation degree of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
