Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with eye plastic surgery. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 100 patients undergoing eye plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological intervention. The nursing satisfaction, hospitalization days, perioperative effect and complaint rate, psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization days of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the perioperative effect score was higher than that of the control group, and the complaint rate was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with eye plastic surgery can obtain better clinical effect, improve the psychological status and the nursing satisfaction of patients. Meanwhile, it can reduce the hospitalization time and complaint rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
