Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in tooth whitening. Methods From July 2019 to December 2021, 40 patients with dental beauty who were treated in the general department of a tertiary stomatological hospital in Guizhou were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comfortable nursing intervention. The blood pressure level, pain score, operation time, intraoperative suspension times and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the number of intraoperative pauses was less than that of the control group, the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention is effective in tooth whitening surgery, which can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the number of intraoperative pauses, reduce the pain degree of patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
