Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention on incision healing in patients with cesarean section. Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent cesarean section in the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine suture and basic nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention. The incision healing, pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of good incision healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of fat liquefaction was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group at 48 h after operation was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention on cesarean section patients is good, which can effectively promote incision healing, prevent fat liquefaction, reduce the pain caused by repeated dressing changes, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
