Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of refined sunscreen nursing in preventing complications after laser cosmetic surgery. Methods Forty-four patients with facial macule who underwent laser cosmetic surgery in our hospital from February 2023 were selected as the research objects. The random number table method was used to divide the control group (n=21) and the study group (n=23). The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given refined sunscreen nursing. The clinical effcacy, postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.30%, which was higher than 57.14% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.35%, which was lower than 38.10% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Refined sunscreen nursing for patients with facial macule undergoing laser cosmetic surgery can effectively promote the repair of skin barrier, reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients, which has high clinical application value.
