    摘要:

    目的 分析口腔修复学临床实践教学中采用案例式教学的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月-12月 于贵州医科大学第二附属医院实习的40名高职院校学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。 对照组采用常规实践教学模式,观察组采用案例式教学模式,比较两组教学效果及教学满意度。结果 观 察组病例汇报成绩、理论成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的 80.00%(P<0.05)。结论 案例式教学在口腔修复学临床实践教学中的应用效果确切,可有效提高教学效 果,有助于培养学生的综合思维判断能力,且教学满度度较高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the application effect of case-based teaching in clinical practice teaching of prosthodontics. Methods From January to December 2022, 40 vocational college students who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 college students in each group. The control group adopted the conventional practice teaching mode, and the observation group adopted the case-based teaching mode. The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The case report score and theoretical score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of casebased teaching in clinical practice teaching of prosthodontics is effective, which can effectively improve the teaching effect, help to cultivate students' comprehensive thinking and judgment ability, and the teaching satisfaction is high.
