Nasal alar base surgery is an effective method to treat nasal floor depression caused by maxillary bone loss. Nasal base filling is widely used in the repair of nasal and facial deformities due to its advantages of small trauma, increased anterior maxilla and clear curative effect. At present, many related literatures have discussed it in depth. Based on the literature on nasal base filling at home and abroad in recent years, the rapid filling methods of nasal base filling are summarized in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of nasal alar base depression.
