Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of facial acne clearance technique combined with red and blue light therapeutic instrument in the treatment of facial acne. Methods A total of 88 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into combined group and control group according to the random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with facial acne clearance technique, and the combined group was treated with facial acne clearance technique combined with red and blue light therapeutic instrument. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, GAGS score, skin lesion symptom score and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the GAGS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin lesion symptoms in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of SDS and SAS in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Facial acne clearance technique combined with red and blue light therapeutic instrument can improve the clinical effect of facial acne, improve the skin problems of patients, reduce their bad mood, and is a safe treatment plan.
