Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of L?viselle? combined with minoxidil in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Methods Twenty patients with androgenetic alopecia admitted to the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from February to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group, with 10 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 5% and 2% minoxidil, and the combined treatment group was treated with L?viselle? combined with minoxidil. The clinical efficacy, hair and scalp status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 80.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The hair density, hair diameter, hair follicle state, scalp keratin, scalp state and scalp sebum in the combined treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion L?viselle? combined with minoxidil has a good clinical effect in the treatment of androgenic alopecia, which can effectively alleviate the alopecia of patients, improve their hair and scalp status, and has high safety.
