Objective To explore the application effect of small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding double eyelid plasty in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with asymmetric double eyelids admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional incision double eyelid surgery, and the observation group was treated with small incision liposuction combined with embedding double eyelid plasty. The clinical effects, clinical indicators and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the operation time and wound healing time were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding double eyelid plasty can improve the effect of asymmetric double eyelid plasty, and has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery and high satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
