Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified non-traumatic filling technique in the treatment of dental caries in children. Methods A total of 100 children with dental caries admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 children in each group. The control group was treated with conventional filling therapy, and the experimental group was treated with non-traumatic filling technique. The treatment coordination, occlusal function and pain degree of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of treatment coordination, occlusal function and pain degree in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of modified non-invasive filling technology in the treatment of children with dental caries can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the cooperation of children during treatment, reduce the adverse feelings, reduce the incidence of oral pathogenic bacteria and periodontal inflammation, and improve the discomfort and pain levels. The clinical application effect is definite.
