Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of facial cosmetic suture technique in patients with facial trauma during treatment. Methods A total of 46 patients with facial trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different suture techniques selected for surgery, with 23 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary debridement suture, and the treatment group was treated with facial cosmetic suture. The clinical indicators (operation time, edema duration, pain disappearance time, wound healing time), treatment effect, adverse reactions, skin incision status, pain (VAS) and psychological status (SAS, SDS) scores were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, edema duration, pain disappearance time and wound healing time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The indexes of skin incision in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, VAS, SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of facial cosmetic suture technology in patients with facial trauma during treatment can help quickly improve the skin state, effectively control scar hyperplasia, reduce pain, enable patients to maintain a good psychological state, shorten the healing time, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the treatment effect.
