Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of different nursing methods for patients with facial acne scar treated by intensive pulsed light combined with laser. Methods Sixty patients with facial acne scars admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with intensive pulsed light combined with laser. The control group was given routine nursing after operation, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing after operation. The postoperative recovery, psychological state (SAS, SDS) score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of postoperative recovery in the study group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the con trol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with facial acne scar after intensive pulsed light combined with laser treatment, and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
