Abstract:Objective To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing on incision healing and scar formation after cesarean section. Methods A total of 300 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Sichuan Provincial People 's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into group A (admission first) and group B (admission later), with 150 parturients in each group. Group A was given routine cesarean section nursing, and group B was given comprehensive postpartum nursing on the basis of group A. The incision healing, scar formation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of incision healing in group B was 98.00%, which was higher than 90.67% in group A (P <0.05). The scar thickness and scar width in group B were smaller than those in group A at 1 month and 3 months after operation (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of nursing communication, nursing safety, nursing technology, ward environment and nursing guidance in group B were higher than those in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing after cesarean section can effectively promote incision healing, reduce scarring, and have higher nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
