Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention in burn patients. Methods Thirty-six burn patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 18 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions, the effect of reducing the incidence of scars, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of reducing the incidence of scars in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For burn patients, early nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients, and can effectively reduce the occurrence of scars, meanwhile the patients have higher satisfaction with nursing, which has ideal clinical application value.
