Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of ERAS nursing mode in cesarean section incision aesthetics. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who gave birth in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 pregnant women in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received ERAS nursing mode. The clinical indicators, postpartum complications and incision scar (PSAS) were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exsufflation time, hospitalization time and the first time to get out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The number of postpartum complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The PSAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of ERAS nursing mode in cesarean section parturients can improve the clinical indicators of parturients during hospitalization, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the improvement of incision aesthetics.
