Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavior in oral health of dental implant patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with dental implants admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n =40) and observation group (n =40) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral nursing intervention. The happiness index, anxiety score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The happiness index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of OHRQoL-UK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the well-being and quality of life of patients with dental implants, and is conducive to reducing the negative emotions of patients.
