Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of whole course health education on wound beauty of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who gave birth in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 pregnant women in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group increased the whole course health education on the basis of the control group. The maternal awareness score, compliance score, wound scar condition (PSAS), and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The maternal awareness score and compliance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of PSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The maternal self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The whole course health education can improve the self-care ability and self-awareness of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes, and improve the beauty of the wound. At the same time, pregnant women can cooperate with the nursing staff to complete the nursing operation during hospitalization.
