Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological grading nursing mode on wound aesthetics and psychological state of primipara. Methods A total of 130 primiparas who gave birth in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 65 primiparas in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological grading nursing mode. The wound scar condition (PSAS score) and psychological state (SAS, SDS) scores of the two groups were compared. Results The PSAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological grading nursing mode can reduce the anxiety and depression of primipara, and improve the recovery of postoperative wound scar, which is worthy of clinical application.
