Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of scar prevention nursing intervention in patients with head trauma after operation. Methods Thirty patients with head trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given scar prevention nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions, intervention effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of scar prevention nursing intervention in patients with head trauma is effective, which can effectively prevent scar formation, improve the negative emotions, promote rehabilitation, and patients' satisfaction with nursing work is high.
