Abstract:In recent years, with the development of China's economic level, medical technology has gradually improved. At present, medical care is facing a new stage of reform and innovation. Human resource management is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of hospitals and promoting the process of hospital medical reform. Under the background of the current new era, the traditional hospital human resource management model has been unable to meet the needs of hospital medical development in the new era. It is necessary to further improve the level of human resource management in primary hospitals, which is conducive to strengthening the health service function of primary hospitals and improving the quality of medical services in primary hospitals. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in primary hospitals and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the overall level of medical care.
