Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on skin lesion symptom score of patients with skin ulceration after radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods From October 2020 to December 2022, 60 patients with skin ulceration after radiotherapy for cervical cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of the 901st Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of PLA were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The skin injury symptoms, skin aesthetics (CS score), quality of life (QLQ-C30 score) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The score of skin injury symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The CS score and QLQ-C30 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with skin ulceration after radiotherapy for cervical cancer, comprehensive nursing can achieve good results, which can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions, improve skin aesthetics, and improve the quality of life of patients.
