Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Toyama Yakuken anti-acne suit in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 46 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris admitted to People's Hospital of Changzhi from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the anti-acne suit was used continuously for 28 days. The patients were followed up on the 7th, 14th and 28th days, respectively. The CBS cloud mirror was used for facial analysis, and the clinical efficacy and safety were counted. Results The number of skin lesions at 28 days after treatment was less than that before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 80.43%. After 28 days of treatment, the skin oil was lower than that before treatment, the degree of pore contraction was higher than that after treatment, and the skin smoothness was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). The inflammatory area and average red pigment concentration at 28 days after treatment were lower than those before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). During the follow-up period, no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Toyama Yakuke anti-acne suit can improve the skin smoothness of patients by controlling oil, shrinking pores and controlling inflammation, and has no adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
