Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated management measures of medical care in operating room for burn patients. Methods A total of 94 patients with burn surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 47 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with integrated management measures of medical care in operating room. The quality of life, psychological state, satisfaction, pain degree and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the SAS score, SDS score and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 82.98% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 0, which was lower than 14.89% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated management measures of medical care in operating room for burn patients is effective, which can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect, help to reduce the pain, improve the psychological status, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and have high patient satisfaction.
