Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with hand burns undergoing skin grafting. Methods A total of 70 patients with hand burns who underwent skin grafting in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction, psychological state, daily living ability, comfort degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 85.71%, which was higher than 57.14% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than 51.43% of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of fasting, nail cutting and dressing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of emotion, environment, family support and social culture in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the nursing effect of hand burn patients undergoing skin grafting, improve the psychological state, daily living ability and comfort, and reduce the incidence of complications.
