Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of risk management in the nursing of burn and plastic nursing. Methods Sixty patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received risk management nursing on this basis. The nursing quality, incidence of error events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The error rate of nursing work in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk management nursing program in patients with burn and plastic surgery can effectively prevent and control various nursing risks, reduce the incidence of error events, improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, which is worthy of clinical application.
