Objective To explore the application efect of sA tructured skin nursing in patients with burn scar repair. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, 60 patients with burn scar repair in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given structured skin nursing. The surgical efect, pain degree and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results The subcutaneous congestion rate and skin graft survival rate of the study group were better than those of the control group at 2 weeks after operation, and the degree of skin graft contracture was lower than that of the control group at 1 month after operation (P<0.05). The pain score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Structured skin nursing can relieve the pain of patients with burn scar repair, improve the survival rate of skin grafting, and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
