Objective To analyze the application efect of midface-lifting combined with compound fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation. Methods Thirty patients with midface aging admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with midface-lifting and compound fat transplantation. The global aesthetic improvement scale was used to objectively score at 3 and 6 months after operation, and the treatment satisfaction and postoperative adverse reactions were counted. Results The global aesthetic improvement score of 30 patients at 6 months after operation was (2.64±0.33) scores, which was higher than (2.14±0.24) scores at 3 months after operation (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of treatment was 96.67%. The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%. Conclusion The application of midface-lifting combined with compound fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation is efective, which can efectively improve the soft tissue defect, and then efectively solve the problem of middle facial aging. Meanwhile， the treatment efect is ideal, and the risk of adverse reactions is small and the safety is high.
