Objective To explore the clinical impact of "double ring method" breast plastic surgery on breast shape and relaxation in patients with breast hypertrophy and breast ptosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with breast hypertrophy and breast ptosis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with "double ring method" breast plastic surgery on the basis of the control group. The breast shape, breast size, breast symmetry and breast relaxation were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of breast shape in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of breast size, breast symmetry and breast relaxation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The "double ring method" breast plastic surgery is effective in the treatment of breast hypertrophy and breast ptosis, which can not only effectively improve the excellent and good rate of breast shape, but also improve the breast size, breast symmetry and breast relaxation.
