Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing cooperation in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Methods A total of 190 plastic and aesthetic surgeries carried out in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected, while 95 surgeries carried out with routine nursing cooperation from January 2021 to December 2021 were set as the control group, and 95 surgeries carried out with personalized nursing cooperation from January 2022 to December 2022 were set as the personality group. The preparation time of surgical items, classification of surgical items and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The preparation time of surgical items in the personality group was shorter than that in the control group, and the classification score of surgical items was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of item preparation, aseptic technique, intraoperative cooperation and instrument operation in the personality group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the personality group was 2.11%, which was lower than 10.53% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of personalized cooperation in plastic and aesthetic surgery can improve the quality of nursing work, shorten the preparation time of surgical items, optimize the classification of surgical items, and effectively cooperate with surgeons in surgery, thus its can reduce the incidence of adverse events.
