Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of high quality clinical nursing intervention in CO2 fractional laser treatment of acne scar patients. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 62 patients with acne scars who underwent CO2 fractional laser treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality clinical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, pain degree and sleep status of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS score, SDS score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the sleep time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the sleep time was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality clinical nursing intervention in CO2 fractional laser treatment of acne scar patients is effective, which can effectively improve the patient's bad mood, relieve pain, improve sleep quality, and is conducive to improving the effect of laser treatment.
