Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of stage nursing on postoperative incision aesthetics of cesarean section. Methods A total of 100 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 parturients in each group. The control group was given general nursing, and the observation group was given stage nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative pain degree, nursing efficacy and scar degree were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 48 and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The width and thickness of scar in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 1 and 2 months after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stage nursing intervention after cesarean section can reduce postoperative pain, improve incision aesthetics and improve scar condition of patients.
