Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients undergoing macromastia and mastoptosis plastic surgery during perioperative period. Methods A total of 50 patients with macromastia and mastoptosis who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of education effect, treatment environment, nursing attitude and operation level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
