Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of endoscope-assisted facial rhytidectomy surgery in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 46 patients who underwent endoscope-assisted facial rhytidectomy surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with linear materials. The surgical effects and complications were recorded, and the patient satisfaction during the follow-up period was counted. Results All 46 patients completed the operation, and no operation failure occurred. Within 1 week after operation, the patient had mild swelling and pain, but they could be relieved by cold compress and analgesic drugs. One month after operation, some patients had facial swelling, and the patient satisfaction was 80.43%. At 6 months after operation, the patient's face showed hyperplasia and contraction, and the facial contour was improved. The patient satisfaction was 89.13%. At 10 months after operation, there were no other adverse reactions in the patient's face, the facial contour improved well, and the patient's satisfaction increased to 93.48%. No serious complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted facial rhytidectomy surgery is a safe and effective facial rejuvenation procedure, which can improve the deep and shallow tissues of the face and achieve the effect of tightness and rejuvenation.
