Objective To explore the effect of different anesthesia schemes in facial plastic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of treatment, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with sufentanil, and the experimental group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with propofol. The vital signs at different time periods, complications, additional sufentanil during operation, anesthesia effect and recovery index of the two groups were compared.
