Abstract:From January 2021 to December 2022, 54 patients who underwent cleft palate surgery in the First People's Hospital of Xuzhou were selected as the research objects, and the application value of computer-assisted surgery in cleft palate surgery was analyzed. All patients underwent computer-assisted surgery, and the surgical treatment effect, average operation time, average intraoperative blood loss, postoperative infection, and the extension length of the vertical distance between the two sides of the maxillary nodules to the uvula were evaluated. The results showed that 54 patients were cured under the implementation of computer-assisted surgery, and the effective rate was 100.00%. The average operation time was (69.35±15.05) min. The mean intraoperative blood loss was (44.20±6.70)ml. One patient had mild infection after operation (1.85%). The extension length of the vertical distance from the bilateral maxillary nodules to the uvula was (5.76±1.12)mm. It can be seen that the application value and feasibility of computer-assisted surgery are high, which can make the operation more accurate and minimally invasive, and can provide better treatment effect for patients with cleft palate.
