Objective To analyze the application value of serum immunoglobulin and inflammatory factor levels in the acute phase of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 156 patients with acute herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 156 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of interleukin (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, IL-21), β-endorphin (β-EP), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), immunoglobulin (IgM, IgG, IgA), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), substance P (SP), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and neurotensin (NT) were detected in the two groups.
