Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of eczema. Methods A total of 120 patients with eczema who were treated in Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Yucheng District in Ya'an City from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine external washing, and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus ointment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom recovery, recovery time, secondary infection and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion On the basis of external washing, tacrolimus ointment has a good effect in the treatment of eczema, which can promote the recovery of rash symptoms and the regression of skin lesions, effectively shorten the course of disease, improve the total effective rate of treatment, and reduce the risk of secondary infection. Meanwhile, it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety, which is worthy of clinical application
