Objective To explore the effect of imiquimod cream combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 46 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 23 patients in each group. The control group was treated with imiquimod cream, and the study group was treated with imiquimod cream combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, immune cell changes and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.
