Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jin Yufu cream in wound non-healing repair after plastic surgery. Methods From June 2016 to December 2022, 18 patients with wound non-healing after plastic surgery treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Jin Yufu cream was used for local dressing change, once a day, until healing. The wound healing time was recorded, the scar hyperplasia, skin color and texture after healing were observed, and the patient satisfaction was counted. Results All the wounds of 18 patients healed, healing time was 5~21 d. All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. All wounds healed well, with smooth appearance, no swelling, no obvious tenderness and hypertrophic scar, soft and elastic healing skin, and no obvious pigmentation. The scar evaluation was mild; color grading was markedly effective in 16 cases and effective in 2 cases. Texture grading was markedly effective; 17 patients were satisfied, 1 patient was satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 100.00%. Conclusion The local dressing change of Jin Yufu cream is effective in the treatment of wound non-healing after repair and plastic surgery, which can shorten the wound healing time, and there is no obvious adverse reaction during the healing process, and the patient satisfaction is high.
