Abstract:In order to explore the effect of one-stage repair of fingertip defect by V-Y advancement flap in outpatient and emergency department, this study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 26 patients (28 fingers) with fingertip defect admitted to the outpatient and emergency department of the emergency trauma center of Zigong Fourth People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022. All patients received one-stage repair of the wound by V-Y advancement flap in the outpatient and emergency operating room. All 26 cases of V-Y flaps survived after operation. The patients were satisfied with the repair effect of the operation, and the excellent and good rate of the operation was 92.31%. During the follow-up period of 6-12 months, the twopoint discrimination of the skin in the repair area of most patients recovered to 4-7 mm. There was no significant difference in the appearance of flap sensation, skin color and texture compared with the corresponding knuckles of the corresponding fingers on the healthy side. The skin temperature was normal, the skin abrasion resistance was good, and the function of the affected finger joint was normal. This operation can achieve better repair effect in the first-stage repair of outpatient and emergency department, and can obtain good fingertip shape and function, and the fingertip feeling recovers well.
